Recently, the Kilkenny L’Arche community garden saw a welcome boost in activity as we hosted a group of volunteers from AIB. Their visit was part of our ongoing efforts to bring together different parts of the community to support our core members and maintain the garden that means so much to us all.
The AIB team arrived ready to work, tackling a variety of tasks from weeding to planting with a practical and energetic approach. Their help made an immediate impact, revitalising the garden in just a few hours.
For our core members, it was a chance to meet new people, share stories, and learn from the AIB volunteers. The day was a great example of how collaboration can make a real difference.
As the day came to a close, the garden looked refreshed and full of life, thanks to the hard work of everyone involved. We’re grateful to the AIB team for their support and look forward to continuing this valuable partnership.
